Warranty
The statutory warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty assures you that your device has no defects at the time of purchase – if problems still occur, you can contact us directly.
Guarantee
The guarantee is a voluntary service from RED by Lorch.

Depending on usage, the following applies:
Privately used devices: up to 3 years guarantee (with registration)
Commercial/professionally used devices: 1 year guarantee
A guarantee extension is only possible if you register your device within 30 days of purchase.
