Solution: Check plug connections and remove any surface rust if necessary.

Solution: Use a suitable torch with sufficient capacity.

Electrode holder capacity is too low
Solution: Use an appropriate electrode holder.

Solution: Use cables with a suitable cross-section.

Contact tip not tightened properly
